Is my mobile supported?

Our flagship product, Mobiola Video Studio, converts video files for any mobile device. So, the answer is Yes!

For other products you may need to select a platform first to check whether it is supported or not. Please read this short explanation on how to determine the platform of your device.

BlackBerry

Our software works on all of the latest BlackBerry devices, however for some products, such as IM+, we have different installations for different OS versions. You may check OS of your BlackBerry in Options -> About on your device.

Windows Mobile

If your Windows Mobile device has a stylus and you can write on the screen, it is a Pocket PC (Windows Mobile Professional/Classic). Otherwise, it is a Smartphone (Windows Mobile Standard). Also, on Pocket PC phones, the Windows flag logo appears on the top left of the screen. On Smartphones, the Windows flag logo appears on the bottom left.

Symbian

If you have a modern Nokia smartphone, most likely it’s a Symbian S60v3:

The models include: 3250, 5500, 5700, 6290, 5320 Xpress Music, 5700 XpressMusic, 6110 Navigator, 6120 classic
6121 classic, 6210 Navigator, 6220 classic, E50, E51, E60, E61, E61i, E62, E65, E66, E70, E71, E90, N71, N73, N75, N76, N77, N78, N80, N81, N82, N91, N92, N93, N95, N96

However, it may be also an older model, Symbian S60v2, like:
N70, N72, N90, 3230, 6108, 6260, 6600, 6620, 6630, 6670, 6680, 6681, 6682, 7610

If you have a modern Sony Ericsson smartphone, most likely it’s a Symbian UIQ3:
G700, G900, M600, M600i, M608c, P1c, P1i, P990, P990i, W950, W950i, W960, W960i

or an older model, Symbian UIQ2
P900, P910, P910i

Palm

Please note that not all the devices by Palm Inc have Palm OS. Some Palm devices have Windows Mobile OS.

iPhone / iPod Touch / iPod

If you have an iPhone or iPod Touch, you can use IM+ and IM+ for Skype and VR+ .
iPod owners may enjoy video conversion with Mobiola Video Studio regardless of the iPod's model.

If your device isn't listed here, most likely it is J2ME phone which is supported currently in IM+, IM+ for Skype, Mobiola Video Studio and Mobiola Web Camera Lite.
